Chancellor Street Carriage House
Acorn purchased two adjoining carriage houses on a charming street in the Rittenhouse Square area and combined them into a unique single family home. A sunroom and deck with spectacular views of the city were added as was a two car garage. Custom cabinetry, state of the art electrical and sound systems as well as mahogany floors and a dumbwaiter were just part of the total remodel of these wonderful buildings.
